About the Event
The Ryan Lopynski Big Heart Foundation in partnership with Virginia Tech and Carilion Clinic Cardiology will conduct FREE ON-SITE heart screenings for college age youths. An EKG screening analyzes the electrical signals of the heart. The results are reviewed on site by cardiologists and sports physicians experienced in heart screens. Our goal is to save the lives of our youths before it is too late.
Students under 18 please download the EKG Waiver for Parent Student VA TECH and have your parent or legal guardian complete, sign, and scan/email the signed form to info@ryanlopynski.org. As an exception, a parent or legal guardian may email the form stating that they have read the form and give their consent for the procedure.
Students over 18 please download the EKG Waiver for Adult VA TECH and complete, sign, and bring this form with you to the screening. Everyone must have a signed Waiver.
